In this vital role, you will be responsible for overseeing the centralized administration of Windows settings, policies, and profiles, serving as the first line of support for colleagues while collaborating with vendors. The position includes management tasks and monitoring emerging technologies to identify ways for innovation and improvement. You'll also provide valuable consultative backup to the Help-Desk for the integration of new technologies and solutions.

**Mandatory Requirements**:

- Proficient with Windows 11, including settings and Office applications

- Experience with Active Directory services and managing users/groups

- Knowledge of Office 365 from a management and configuration viewpoint

- Strong troubleshooting abilities

**Advantageous Skills**:

- Familiarity with Android and MAC mobile device settings

- Experience with Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), Azure, Gsuite, and Microsoft Intune

- Understanding of networking concepts

- Experience in Office 365 administration, including Azure, SharePoint, and Teams

- Security knowledge related to Windows and browser settings
