Equipment Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Integration and commissioning of new machinery and equipment.
• Developing in-depth knowledge of machinery and resolving complex field issues.
• Conducting training sessions for the maintenance team on machinery operation and troubleshooting.
• Improving processes in collaboration with production and packaging departments.
• Specifying equipment components and machine parts.
• Leading projects for upgrades, operation optimization, and implementing new technologies in partnership with the engineering department.
  
  

• At least 3 years of experience in the industrial sector – mandatory.
• Familiarity with packaging and production machinery – a significant advantage.
• Experience working in a computerized environment.
• Assertiveness and strong leadership skills.
• Ability to perform under pressure.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical E Clear ngineering Technician – mandatory.
