About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior Financial & Investment Analyst to join our team. The role involves monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on Pagaya's financial instruments, with a focus on valuation and performance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Conduct valuation analysis for financial instruments and assets, and prepare accurate and timely reports.
• Track and evaluate the performance of Pagaya’s financial instruments, including handling large and complex data sets. Utilize SQL and other data analysis tools to process and analyze big data sets, providing actionable insights
• Analyze the performance of financial instruments and extract key insights that impact the company’s strategic direction.
• Work closely with non-financial teams (Risk, Research, Business) to deliver data-driven insights and support their objectives.
  
  

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, financial consulting, or similar roles in investment funds, Advisory or Economic department financial in advisory firms , insurance companies, or banks.
• Proven experience in financial instruments valuation and performance evaluation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Experience working with large data sets and tools such as SQL or other data analysis platforms.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluent English (verbal and written), with the ability to craft clear, professional documentation and deliver presentations at a high standard.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences and foster cross-functional collaboration.
• Self-motivated and quick to learn new tools, methodologies, and business contexts.
