Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of the online iGaming platform, ensuring optimal performance and seamless user experiences.

Develop and implement operational strategies, processes, and policies to achieve business objectives.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including customer support, IT, marketing, and compliance, to ensure smooth collaboration.

Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Manage budgets, operational expenses, and resource allocation efficiently. Lead, mentor, and support team members to drive productivity and innovation. Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to

maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Operations Manager in the iGaming or online casino industry. Strong understanding of iGaming platforms, products, and customer behaviors. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements in the iGaming sector. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
