Tender/Bid Manager

HopOn is growing and looking for a Tender/Bid Manager with a passion for mobility services to help drive our Seamless Mobility solution in Europe.

Success in the role requires strong communication and written, organization skills and the ability to thrive through challenges. You have an appreciation for getting into the weeds to create detailed workflows. You have the prowess to work with our customers and potential customers and ,must be able to work seamlessly with our Product and R&D departments .

As a Tender/Bid Manager manager , you will be responsible for the following :

Mandatory - Fluent English and German

• Conduct research , perform risk assessments , develop strategies and write proposal to win new business
• Partnering with Product Management , R&D , sales deliver tenders on time.
• Communicating progress and challenges to all stakeholders regarding the products and features.

Qualifications :

• 1+ years experience in previous Tender Management roles.
• Mandatory - Fluent English and German
• Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Comfort with working with and managing distributed resources.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing relevant stakeholders.
• High attention to detail including precise and effective customer communications and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
