Front End Team Leader

Enabley is a fast-growing learning technology startup headquartered in Israel with a substantial and growing global customer base.

We’re looking for a talented Front End Team Leader to join our product development group, based in Israel, and take charge of building intuitive and responsive interfaces for our innovative learning platform.

Our platform serves companies with deskless workforces in industries like retail, transportation, manufacturing, healthcare and others, including customers such as Telefónica, Coca-Cola, Unilever and many others.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the front-end development team, including managing offshore front-end developers, setting standards for coding, design, and development practices.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and back-end engineers to deliver seamless and high-quality user experiences.
• Develop and maintain scalable, reusable components using React and Redux, ensuring responsive and performant applications.
• Write clean and efficient code in JavaScript, adhering to best practices in front-end development.
• Create well-structured, accessible, and mobile-friendly interfaces using HTML and CSS.
• Optimize front-end performance to ensure fast and smooth user experiences.
• Implement robust design patterns and workflows to enhance collaboration and maintain high-quality standards.

Who You Are

• Experienced Front-End Developer: At least 5 years of hands-on experience in front-end development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Tech Stack Expertise: Strong proficiency in React, Redux, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Leader: Demonstrated ability to mentor and manage a team, including offshore developers, while driving high-quality development practices.
• Problem Solver: Analytical thinker with a proactive approach to technical challenges.
• Fluent in English: Excellent communication skills in English are essential.
• Team Player: Collaborative, curious, thrives in fast-paced environments, and fun to work with :)
