Operations and Investor Relations Manager

About the Role:

A multi-family office in Modiin is seeking an Operations and Investor Relations Manager for a dynamic and cross-functional role supporting high-net-worth families.

The role includes:

• Direct collaboration with the banking system in Israel and abroad.
• Professional content: Creating and maintaining professional and marketing materials for all business arms of the company.
• Client management: Assisting in tracking client relationships, managing document signing, and handling client-related cases and projects efficiently and professionally.
• Extensive work with Excel, including valuations of alternative assets.
• Supporting and assisting the company's partners with cross-company projects.
• Legal operations: Managing contracts and agreements, and coordinating with external legal advisors on real estate transactions.

Role Requirements:

• Willingness to work hard and as part of a team.
• Experience in banking/investment firms/insurance – an advantage.
• Full proficiency in Office applications, with a strong emphasis on Excel.
• High-level English proficiency.
• A bachelor's degree in Economics/Accounting/Finance – mandatory.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
