About The Job

We are seeking a strong Cloud Delivery Technical Product Manager to lead Radware’s global Service excellence roadmap to expedite and improve internal and external roadmap features planning, internal knowledge and operational tools.

In this role you will work with Radware’s internal Cloud teams (ERT, CSC, R&D, Infrastructure) and customers to identify areas for improvements to be developed internally by the automation team, with the goal of improving service KPIs and customers’ NPS.

The Cloud Delivery Technical Product Manager is expected to interface with field teams, Senior Management, Cloud operations, Customer Success Manager, Support teams, Engineering, R&D and product management, to improve operational and product related issues as well as build solutions for internal and external use.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee complex, distributed, high-scale internal & external production cloud systems
• Maintaining and expanding strategic partnerships, work closely with Operations, R&D, Engineering, Support, and Cloud Leadership to guarantee smooth, efficient communication between stakeholders and successful implementation of new features – from ideation to launch.
• Lead the end-to-end design process, from ideation to execution, working closely with stakeholders to ensure that designs are feasible and meet defined objectives.
• Build plans for Radware Cloud operational systems enhancement, collect requirements, efforts and build/prioritize quarterly/yearly plans
• Ensure a comprehensive understanding of the requirements, anticipated value (ROI), and motivation, develop cases, prioritize stories, epics, and themes to aligns with strategy, and verify they’re clearly understood by relevant teams.
• Oversee and measure service and operational KPIs
• Participate in technical discussions, serving as an advocate for the Cloud Operations needs and asses technical trade-offs to deliver quick and optimal solutions.
• Attend Cloud product feature review and planning, provide cloud operations feedback and requirements.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in product management with at least 2+ working on SaaS products/application security/cloud security vendors
• Solutions Architecture and/or R&D background or Product Owner including Project management skills - organized, self-sufficient & self-motivated, goal-oriented.
• Excellent team player, with a “can-do” approach and the ability to partner with cross-functional disciplines to take new products through the full product cycle, from ideation to launch
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making who adapts well to a dynamic and rapidly changing environment
• Excellent understanding of application-based cyber threats and mitigation techniques, background in one or more of the following fields: WAAP, DDoS, Bot Manager solutions, Security SaaS.
• Inherent passion for cybersecurity and solving problems
• Familiarity with automation frameworks and testing methodologies
• A great communicator who can clearly convey messages in written and oral form (in English), presentation, and leadership skills, with proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
• Ability to excel under pressure and tight deadlines
• Ability to work independently and perform well under minimal supervision
• Ability to work flexible hours depending on the needs of our customers and the business
• BS/MS in Computer Science, Other engineering/technical degree or equivalent military experience required
• Experience in customer-facing roles such as professional services, customer success, account management, support - advantage
• Experience in SoC/NOC relevant platforms and Incident Response procedures - Advantage
