Management Information Systems Specialist

A high-tech company developing wireless communication systems for motorcycle and ski helmets, recognized as a global leader in its field.

The company is based in Ra'anana, with a hybrid work model offering one work-from-home day per week. The team comprises approximately 150 employees.

Key responsibilities include-

• Leading Data integration projects and planning efficient Data interfaces for the company's core information systems, including ERP and CRM platforms.
• Ensuring smooth data flow between systems.
• Optimizing business processes and improving the company's Data architecture.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Requirements-

• Education: B.Sc degree in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 3-6 years of experience in ERP modules' implementation and designing data interfaces for business systems.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL, ETL processes, and database management; familiarity with APIs and middleware tools for data integration.
• Analytical Expertise: Exceptional problem-solving skills focusing on data architecture and process optimization.
• Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to effectively work with technical and non-technical teams.
• Project Management: Demonstrated experience managing complex technical projects using tools like Jira, MS Project, or similar.
• Innovative Approach: A proactive mindset to identify and implement scalable data integration solutions.
