Solutions Project Manager

A high-tech company specializing in air defense systems and solutions for surveillance, intelligence, and observation.

The role involves leading large-scale development projects for the company’s strategic and key clients.

The company is based in Herzliya, offering a hybrid work model with one work-from-home day. The team includes approximately 200 employees.

The position includes-

• End-to-end management of large projects, including transitioning from development to production.
• Conducting negotiations with clients.
• Planning and overseeing complex multi-disciplinary systems for global customers.
• Managing budgets and development project timelines to meet defined goals.
• Translating client needs and requirements into system and product specifications.

Requirements-

• BSc.in Engineering from known University, higher degree.
• 5 years' experience in managing major projects, contracts & negotiations with clients in the defense/aerospace industry.
• Experience in planning and managing multidisciplinary complex systems to high profile global customers.
• Managing project budget and schedule with success
• Managing project life cycle E2E
• Previous knowledge and experience in mechanical engineering- an advantage
• Deep technical and business understanding in products and understanding on how to translate customer requirements and needs into system and product requirements.
