Back End Developer

A successful global startup developing advanced high-speed communication chips used by major data centers.

The role involves complex design, high-frequency, and low-power projects, as well as ramping up the full RTL-to-GDSII flow for cutting-edge technology and collaboration with external vendors.

The company is based in Tel Aviv (near a train line) and operates on a hybrid model with two work-from-home days. The team comprises approximately 70 employees.

Requirements-

• Experience of 10 years in backend design
• Strong expertise of full RTL2GDSII including:
• Logic synthesis & equivalence checking
• Constraints definition and writing
• Complicated IP integration
• Memory compilers and other automated block generators
• Floorplanning, PG Mesh
• Low power design including definition, implementation and verification
• Timing STA
• IR-Drop
• BS/MS in EE/CE from lead universities
