Responsibilities:

• Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
• Address client inquiries and provide timely, accurate information.
• Monitor and update client portfolios, offering regular status reports.
• Manage processes related to job transitions, mobility, and redemptions.
  
  

• At least 1 year of experience in pension operations, ideally within a settlement agency.
• Tech-savvy, with a strong ability to navigate digital tools and platforms.
• Detail-oriented and committed to delivering exceptional service.
• A team player with excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Expertise in Excel
