Responsibilities
- Own and lead the full sales cycle – from strategic prospecting and lead generation to closing high-value deals.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, and leveraging existing relationships.
- Develop and implement a targeted sales strategy to drive growth in Israeli and global tech markets.
- Collaborate with technical group leaders to identify client pain points and offer tailored, high-impact solutions.
- Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with VPs, R&D leaders, and key decision-makers.
- Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Manage strategic accounts by expanding relationships with existing clients and identifying new opportunities within their organizations.
- Bridge the gap between technology and business: translate technical solutions into clear, impactful business value for clients.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of proven experience in B2B sales with a focus on quota-driven, high-value deals.
- Strong experience in lead generation, strategic prospecting, and managing a sales pipeline end-to-end.
- Technological background with experience in software sales and account management – familiarity with the Israeli hi-tech sector and R&D organizations is an advantage.
- A demonstrated track record of personal sales success and consistently exceeding targets.
- Ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with executives and key decision-makers.
- Tech-savvy with a curious mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to understand and communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Exceptional organizational skills, resourcefulness, and a collaborative team-oriented approach.
- Fluent in Hebrew and English.
