Urban Planner

Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Project Manager specializing in Urban Planning or Geography to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and influence key urban development and renewal projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Management and supervision of municipal planning projects (TABA), with a focus on urban renewal.
• Coordination and oversight of multidisciplinary teams, including architects, transportation planners, and infrastructure consultants.
• Development and presentation of public service plans tailored to project goals and municipal requirements.
• Execution of statutory planning processes and engagement with regulatory authorities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Geography, or a related field – required.
• 2-3 years of experience in municipal planning processes (TABA) or equivalent – preferred.
• Experience working with local government authorities – an advantage.
• Strong ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, teamwork, and professional collaboration.
• High motivation for growth and development in the field of urban planning.
