E-commerce Supply Chain Analyst

Established in 2016, K4 Brands is a lean, vertical company that develops consumer goods products under various brands and markets them worldwide on most major e-commerce platforms.

This position offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills in a rapidly evolving e-commerce landscape. You'll work alongside seasoned professionals, gaining practical experience in optimizing inventory management, enhancing sourcing strategies, and applying data-driven insights to real-world supply chain challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Issue and coordinate global shipments, tracking performance on the entire process
• Implement new production orders, follow up on order status, and coordinate 3rd party quality inspections
• Implement and manage inventory systems to ensure optimal stock levels across different eCommerce channels (Amazon, Walmart, etc.).
• Collect, organize, and analyze data from various sources - Identify trends, patterns, and insights to drive supply chain optimization
• Obtain quotes from suppliers and negotiate favorable terms
• Work closely with brand managers to align supply chain strategies
• Contribute to the development of supply chain policies and procedures
• Stay up to date on e-commerce marketing trends and best practices

Requirements and abilities:

• At least 1 year of experience in a supply chain, international logistics, or ecommerce analytics role
• Strong proficiency in data analysis, modeling, and visualization tools (Excel, SQL, etc.).
• Curious and autodidact mindset
• You must be a critical thinker with a highly analytical personality: you're able to analyze data, draw conclusions, and implement actions
• You bring a can-do attitude, you’re reliable and transparent, and you enjoy collaborative, cross-functional work
• Strong interest in e-commerce and a desire to learn the industry
• Proficient English skills
• B.Sc - advantage
• Experience in e-commerce - advantage
• Experience in Amazon seller central - advantage

Job scope:

• Full-time job in our offices in central Tel-Aviv (flexible working model with 1-2 days a week from home)
• Availability to deal with urgent issues during the weekends
