Software Team Leader

The Web-Platform group is responsible for building our native-cloud web applications. As a team leader, you will lead a diverse team of software engineers on a mission to solve technological challenges and write scalable, robust, testable, efficient, and easily maintainable code of services that are part of our system.

Major Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of software engineers from various backgrounds, as well as own responsibility for features, tracking tasks, and meeting deadline
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and customers to solve complex problems and innovate new features.
• Drive the development of robust, scalable solutions for various types of web applications and APIs.
• Promote continuous improvement within the team

Desired Background

• At least 5 years of experience in Software Development with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
• Expertise in server-side development (Node.js).
• Expertise in client-side development (React).
• Significant experience in developing and scaling cloud micro-services.
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Ability to lead, inspire, and motivate a team of talented developers.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to drive ideas and innovation.
• BSc in Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent knowledge.
