Role Description

This is a full-time position for an Integration and Automation Manager in the Jerusalem District, Israel. The manager will oversee daily tasks related to process integration and automation within the organization to drive efficiency and effectiveness. The role includes managing and coordinating cross-organizational projects, improving processes, and integrating advanced technologies to optimize operations. Responsibilities involve ensuring accurate project execution, collaborating with various departments, resolving issues, and supporting the implementation of new technologies, alongside leading smaller tasks or sub-projects, including documentation and progress tracking.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the management of cross-organizational projects and ensuring adherence to timelines.
• Streamlining and improving organizational processes through automation and system integration.
• Regular collaboration with various departments to align needs and resolve issues.
• Providing technical and operational support for the implementation of new technologies.
• Leading small tasks or sub-projects, including documentation and progress tracking.

Requirements:

• At least one year of professional experience in the field.
• Experience working with integration platforms like Make (Integromat) or similar systems.
• Familiarity with APIs for system integration purposes.
• Full proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn new systems.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Problem-solving orientation and creative thinking ability.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, HTML, and SQL – a significant advantage!
