Recruiter for a Global Firm – Senior Role in Our Quality Team
Job Description:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions, including job posting, CV screening, conducting phone and in-person interviews.
- Collaborating closely with hiring managers to define needs and ensure high-quality recruitment processes.
- Utilizing LinkedIn and other social media platforms for sourcing.
- Participating in job fairs and recruitment events.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree – mandatory.
- At least 3–4 years of experience in recruitment roles within a large organization.
- Significant experience in LinkedIn sourcing.
- Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing) – fluency is not required, but the ability to work effectively in English is necessary.
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
- High motivation for learning and development.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
