Israel Shipyards is hiring IT Infrastructure Manager

Job Description:Responsibilities include managing the system and support team, maintaining networks, setting up and managing servers in a virtual environment, overseeing disaster recovery solutions and backups, managing and monitoring the company’s network and its subsidiaries, coordinating with subcontractors, providing user support, and ensuring the maintenance and functionality of information security mechanisms.

Requirements:

1. Relevant education and certifications: 1. Microsoft Certification 2. Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) 3. VMware - vSAN
2. A minimum of four years of relevant experience in the field.
3. Experience in providing user support for at least 250 users.
4. Proven experience in managing networks and maintaining 40-50 servers.
5. Experience in managing and maintaining information security solutions.
6. Proven ability to lead infrastructure projects and manage subcontractors effectively.
7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented approach.

Preferred requirements:

1. Experience working in an industrial company.
2. EDUCATION IN THE FIELD OF INFORMATION SECURITY - CISO
3. A relevant degree in information systems.
