Role Description:

We’re seeking a dynamic, independent commercial lawyer with approximately 5 years of experience, either at a leading law firm (in a high-tech or commercial department) or as in-house legal counsel within a company.

The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, independent and capable of managing their own client relationships. You should have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide strategic legal guidance while building trust and rapport with clients.

This is primarily a commercial law role, with a focus on drafting, negotiating, and advising on commercial matters. Candidates should also be prepared to assist with civil litigation when needed. This may include tasks such as legal research, drafting motions, and providing general assistance with litigation matters. While litigation is not the firm's primary focus, familiarity with these processes would be considered an advantage.

Key Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in corporate and commercial law, gained at a top-tier law firm or as in-house legal counsel within a company.
• Strong expertise in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, managing transactions, and providing strategic legal advice.
• Experience in client relationship management, with a proven ability to work closely with clients and handle their legal needs independently.
• Experience with legal research and civil litigation - an advantage.
• Knowledge of intellectual property, privacy laws, and data protection regulations - an advantage.
• Hebrew fluency (most work is conducted in Hebrew) - mandatory.
• English proficiency (native or bilingual level) - strong advantage.
• Comfortable with technology tools and open to learning new systems.
• Ability to work independently and to own projects from start to finish with a proactive and growth-oriented mindset.
