Sales Specialist

BYC provides solutions for a variety of startups and growing companies.

One of our clients is a startup specializing in the development and marketing of advanced bicycle security products, particularly known for their innovative, portable bike locks.

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesperson. The Salesperson will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, developing client relationships, and meeting sales targets.

Manage the Shopify website, including promotions, order fulfillment, data analysis, and all aspects of e-commerce operations.

• Fluent English – a must
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of sales strategies and techniques
• Experience in the recruitment or HR industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
