About the Job:

Canditech is a rapidly growing startup in the booming HR-tech industry, with the vision of a world without resumes. In a very short time, we have developed a world-leading SaaS platform and are working with market leaders world-wide!

We are seeking a highly talented full stack marketer for the exciting opportunity of streamlining all aspects of the company’s brand, content and organic growth strategy. This individual should have extensive experience in building and scaling revenue-generating assets from ideation through execution in a B2B company; a big advantage for the HR-Tech field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a comprehensive content and branding strategy. Working closely with marketing and product stakeholders to make sure Canditech’s content is “best-in-class” professionally and creatively.
• Identify, engage, and manage partnerships with influencers and talents that align with the brand's values and objectives.
• Craft brand narratives and marketing initiatives that showcase our unique approach to hiring. Manage the processes of creating and publishing marketing content, including articles, videos, advertisements, case studies, and more.
• Support public relations efforts to elevate Canditech’s reputation within the HR-tech space.

What we'd like you to have:

• 4+ years of experience in content marketing, brand management, or a similar role, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment. Experience in an HR tech company - Huge advantage.
• Native English proficiency with excellent writing and storytelling skills.
• Demonstrated experience in social media and organic growth marketing. 
• Understanding of PR, with experience in managing brand reputation and media relationships – an advantage.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and a passion to work in a startup environment.
• Passion for the HR field and a desire to make the world a better place for recruiters and candidates :)
