Senior Quality Control (QC) Inspector

Benatav, a company specializing in the production of miniature components for the medical device industry, is looking for a Senior Quality Control (QC) Inspector to join our team. This is a key role focused on maintaining the highest quality standards in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct incoming inspections, in-process inspections, and final inspections of materials and products, ensuring compliance with company requirements and ISO 13485 standards.
• Identify process improvement opportunities, generate reports, and analyze test results.
• Collaborate with production, purchasing, engineering, and R&D teams to implement improvements and streamline processes in an ERP environment, focusing on incoming and final inspections.
• Provide administrative support for calibration processes within the company.
• Provide professional guidance to the quality control team, including task planning, organization, delegation of responsibilities, and prioritization of activities.

Position Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in QC roles in a manufacturing environment (experience in the medical device industry is a strong advantage).
• In-depth knowledge of MRB processes and industry quality standards (ISO 13485 experience is a plus).
• Technical skills in testing and measurements, including proficiency with advanced measuring tools and the ability to read drawings and inspection specifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Priority ERP is an advantage.
