A leading financial organization is looking for a senior manager who will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the strategy to enhance the customer experience and digital sales processes.
This role includes leading a long-term digital policy and directly influencing the organization’s business strategy while creating a consistent, high-quality customer experience tailored to customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Formulating and leading the digital strategy.
- Designing digital and omnichannel customer journeys for financial products and services.
- Managing complex projects to improve and optimize the customer journey in collaboration with multiple interfaces.
- Developing and implementing innovative initiatives to enhance digital services based on data analysis and understanding customer behavior patterns.
- Collaborating with product, marketing, and technology teams to improve sales and customer experience on digital platforms while ensuring compliance with regulations and information security standards.
- Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure digital sales and service goals are met, with a focus on continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- At least 8 years of proven experience as senior manager in the digital domain within large organizations, experience in the financial sector will be an advantage.
- Leadership abilities and the capability to drive strategic and business changes in a dynamic and complex environment.
- Experience in managing large teams, including the ability to build and oversee diverse teams and foster effective collaboration among them.
- Innovative and creative mindset, with the ability to tackle challenges in the digital financial sector.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with advanced analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) and CRM systems.
- Deep understanding of UX/UI principles and experience working with design and development teams to enhance the customer experience and digital touchpoints.
- Strong teamwork abilities, excellent communication skills, and a high level of presentation proficiency for senior management.
- In-depth understanding of the digital financial domain, including regulation and information security requirements.
- Relevant master's degree (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, or Business Administration) – an advantage.
