Production Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Engineer to join our Engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing production processes of all the electrical & control systems that are part of the company portfolio, ensuring product quality, and improving efficiency in the production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain, develop and own the electrical & control field in the engineering team.
• Analyze manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, quality assurance, and supply chain, to develop and optimize production methods.
•  Conduct experiments to test new processes, materials, or equipment.
• Monitor production performance and quality metrics to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Develop and maintain production documentation, including work instructions and standard operating procedures.

Working on Priority as the PLM system to maintain all BOM. (New PN, ECR/ECO, etc.)

• Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical assistance to production staff.
• Conduct root cause analysis of production defects and implement corrective actions.
• Stay current with industry trends and technologies to recommend continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Min of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment in multidiscipline companies.
• Experience in the field of electronics & electricity systems.
• Proficiency in CAD software and manufacturing simulation tools.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies - Advantage

Preferred Qualifications:

• BSc electrical Eng or Practical electrical engineer.
• Experience with educational systems – Big advantage
