Responsibilities:
· Lead Generation: Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities through various methods, including cold-calling, emailing, and social media outreach.
· Qualifying Leads: Assess and qualify leads to determine their potential and readiness to purchase.
· Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings or product demos between qualified leads and the sales team.
· Pipeline Management: Track and manage leads through the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate record-keeping using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
· Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for reaching sales targets and improving lead conversion rates.
· Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to effectively position our products/services.
· Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, lead status, and performance metrics to management.
Experience and Required:
1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field;
Native-level English proficiency is required.
Experience in a SaaS B2B environment is a plus.
