Project Manager for the Development Department in the Technology Unit at IBI Capital – Position No. 1356

What will your day look like in this role?

• Managing end-to-end technological projects – planning, execution, monitoring, and control, using advanced and industry-recognized technological tools. The role includes task management, documenting project stages, and ensuring the achievement of pre-set goals and success metrics.
• Cross-organizational collaboration – working closely with development, testing, infrastructure, marketing, and business teams, ensuring coordination between different stakeholders for smooth progress of joint projects. In this role, you will be expected to maintain schedules, manage expectations across departments, and ensure each project phase is executed efficiently and according to the work plan.
• Managing interfaces with external vendors – tracking performance, problem-solving, and ensuring adherence to deadlines.
• This is a full-time position, including 5 working days per week, with additional hours as needed.

What’s important to us?

• Previous experience in managing technological projects – at least 4 years of experience.
• Relevant technical knowledge – familiarity with tools and processes for managing technological projects, such as project management systems (Jira, Monday, Azure Devops) and methodologies like Agile and Scrum.
• A relevant academic degree – Industrial Engineering and Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a similar field.
• Good level of English – reading, writing, and speaking.
