Position Overview

The Scientific Content Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the content creation

process, ensuring smooth execution across all content types. This role reports directly to the VP of

Scientific Content.

The Scientific Content Coordinator will manage the scientific content creation across all of Alomone

Labs' marketing channels. This includes our B2B eCommerce website, ads for sponsored campaigns on

Google, Bing, and social networks, product information platforms, catalogs, newsletters, social media

(LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram), marketplaces, video clips, posters, protocols, print magazines,

and more. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of scientific content standards and a

passion for creating content tailored for eCommerce.

In this role, you will work closely with the marketing team to develop and distribute scientifically accurate

and engaging content that drives traffic and conversions. You will play a key role in ensuring content is

both scientifically sound and optimized for various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Coordination:

• Contribute to the development of content strategy.
• Plan and manage editorial calendars.
• Coordinate content creation across multiple departments (R&D, content creation, SEO experts, marketing team).

Content Creation & SEO:

• Develop high-quality digital content for various formats: blog posts, newsletters, social media posts, product descriptions, landing pages, and application notes.
• Ensure scientific accuracy while maintaining engaging and accessible writing.
• Optimize content for SEO to enhance organic reach and conversions.

AI Content Management:

• Collaborate with AI tools to assist in content production.
• Edit and refine AI-generated scientific content.
• Develop templates and guidelines for AI-assisted content.
• Maintain quality control over AI-generated content.

Digital Marketing Support:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to support digital campaigns and content distribution.
• Create content optimized for conversion.
• Assist with content localization and develop localization guidelines.

Research & Quality Assurance:

• Ensure the scientific accuracy of all content.
• Develop and maintain content style guides.
• Monitor content performance metrics and optimize based on data analysis.

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience:

• Highly educated in life science.
• Proven experience in scientific/technical writing.
• Experience with B2B content marketing is a plus.

Technical Skills:

• Strong writing and editing skills.
• In-depth SEO knowledge and implementation experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI writing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude).
• Experience with content management systems and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Semrush).

Language Requirements:

• Native-level proficiency in English.
• Excellent proficiency in Hebrew.
• Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Chinese, Japanese) is an advantage.

Tools & Technology:

• AI Writing Tools: ChatGPT, Claude, etc.
• Analytics Tools: Google Analytics, Semrush.
• Project Management Tools: Trello.

Work Arrangement:

• Location: Jerusalem headquarters.
• Full-time position.
• Schedule: 4 days in the office, 1 day remote.
• Reports to: VP of Scientific Content.
