Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Identify and onboard potential publishers, focusing on direct publishers across CTV and mobile app environments.
• Publisher Relations Management: Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with publishers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
• Performance Optimization: Manage systems, spreadsheets, and tools to analyze and optimize publisher performance.
• Daily Operations: Conduct ongoing optimizations, address client needs, and work on ad-serving platforms and exchanges.
• Contract Management: Collaborate with the Legal team and management to negotiate and finalize agreements.
• Technical Integrations: Partner with the Operations team for smooth technical implementation and support.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in the AdTech industry, including work on ad servers, exchanges, and platforms.
• Hands-on experience in sales, business development, or publisher management.
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with AdTech tools and software.
• High-level English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
