Ontopo’s website streamlines the restaurant booking process, with the ability for diners to automate their bookings and make changes if necessary. The platform offers a variety of dining options based on the diner's preferences, making it easy for customers to find their perfect dining experience.

Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site Sales Account Manager role located in Tel Aviv. The Sales Account Manager will manage customer accounts, ensure customer satisfaction, generate leads and communicate effectively with customers. Day-to-day tasks will include identifying new sales opportunities, managing customer data, and communicating with customers by phone, email, and in-person.

Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Account Management skills.
• 3 years experience in sales fild - a must
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Lead generation skills and experience.
• Ability to build effective customer relationships.
• Experience in selling software solutions to restaurants, cafes, and other food and beverage establishments is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
