Senior Tech Lead - Office of the CEO

monday.com is looking for a senior Tech Lead with a builder’s mindset, full-stack experience, and passion for great UX to join the Office of the CEOs.

In this role, you will lead the development of a core internal application used to measure business performance, manage key operational operatives and communicate on company achievements.

About The Role

• Own the technical and product progress of a key internal tool, in collaboration with our data group.
• Work with key stakeholders including senior leadership and cross-company management to create the product vision, build a development plan, measure and track progress.
• Own the development process through prototyping, collaborating with top developers and technical leaders from the R&D organization, and acting as a subject matter expert.
• In addition, you will work closely with leadership on various wide-ranging prioritized projects to support their agenda.
  
  

• Strong technical expertise with a proven track record of developing end-to-end features (client and server).
• 5+ years of experience building web and/or mobile applications from the ground up.
• Great product sense with a passion for creating software that offers an outstanding user experience and demonstrated proficiency in data visualization.
• A hands-on leader who is highly opinionated about software development best practices and processes, capable of setting high standards and leading by example.
• Ability to distill and communicate complex technical issues for different audiences, including senior management. While you will report to the Head of Analytics in the CEOs office, you will primarily work independently with senior leaders across the organization.
• Degree in Computer Science (not a must; we're always looking for super talented people).
