Chief Operating Officer - Wedding Photography Company

We are seeking an experienced COO to join Your Story, a leading wedding photography company. The ideal candidate will oversee all operational aspects of our photography business, including team management, workflow optimization, and client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage day-to-day company operations
• Oversee project timelines and coordinate between photographers, editors, and clients
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and quality
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts
• Optimize workflow processes for photography delivery
• Manage resource allocation and team scheduling
• Monitor and analyze operational KPIs
• Ensure exceptional client experience throughout the service journey

Requirements:

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in the photography/events industry is an advantage
• Strong understanding of client service and experience management
• Proficiency in project management tools and workflows
• Fluency in Hebrew and English, French is an advantage
