Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Customer Services Specialist role located in Tel Aviv-Yafo. The specialist will be responsible for tasks related to customer support, satisfaction, and service, ensuring a positive customer experience through effective communication and phone etiquette.

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills
• Phone Etiquette
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and problem solve efficiently
• Experience in a similar role is a plus
• Fluency in additional languages is beneficial
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus
