For our company site in Holon, within a business unit specializing in the development of advanced technological systems in the wireless radio communication field, we are looking for an experienced professional Head of Quality Assurance

:Responsibilities

Managing and leading the Quality Assurance team

Implementing quality policies and procedures

Conducting internal and external audits to ensure compliance with standards and regulatory requirements

Managing quality processes to address deviations and customer complaints

Working with suppliers and customers to ensure product quality (hardware and software)

:Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Management

Advanced degree in Quality Engineering or CQE/CQM –advantage

At least 5 years of experience in managing and leading complex projects/processes in quality

Familiarity with development processes and the transition from development to production

Familiarity with hardware and software/agile development processes - an advantage

Knowledge of AS9100 quality standards

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in matrix management with multiple interfaces

High-level English proficiency
