Lead Software Engineer

The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Full-Stack Lead to contribute to the development of our SaaS healthcare application. You will lead dev in backend (Python), frontend (React), DevOps (AWS), and AI-driven tasks leveraging LLMs. 

This role requires significant ownership, helping to shape the architecture and delivery of our cutting-edge product. This position reports directly to the CTO.

• Lead full-stack development across backend, frontend, data engineering, and DevOps.
• Architect scalable SaaS solutions and oversee system design.
• Drive AI integrations and data engineering efforts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver impactful, user-focused products.

• 8+ years as a Software Engineer; 5+ years in Python.
• Experience with React and full-stack development.
• Expertise in SaaS product architecture and cloud solutions.
• Strong background in databases and data flows.

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or related field, or relevant military experience.
• Experience in healthcare, medical data, or compliance (HIPAA, SOC 2).
