DevOps Manager

Matrix DevOps is recruiting an experienced DevOps Team Lead for a comprehensive modernization project, leading the establishment of DevOps infrastructures from scratch.

About the Role: You will be responsible for both technical and managerial leadership, including hands-on work. The project involves designing an advanced microservices architecture, implementing cutting-edge production deployment processes, and supporting development processes while integrating CI/CD methodologies.

Location: Lod, Israel

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in the DevOps field.
• Proven experience in managing teams and leading complex technological projects.
• Expertise in building CI/CD processes for microservices from scratch.
• Advanced proficiency with Kubernetes, especially OpenShift.
• Experience with tools such as Jenkins or ArgoCD for development and deployment processes.
