Job Description

As a key member of our engineering team, you will:

• Contribute to building a robust HR Tech platform serving hundreds of thousands of users.
• Solve complex challenges with creativity and a focus on scalable solutions.
• Play an active role in architectural and design decisions across diverse product domains and technologies.
• Enhance your technical expertise while collaborating with top-tier engineers.
• Take full ownership of key features and product areas, driving impactful solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Mathematics.
• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong, extensive background in full-stack development in a leading object-oriented technology such as Python, NodeJS, and related technologies. Experience with Ruby on Rails - a major advantage.
• Experience with micro-services architecture and development (AWS Lambda / GCP Functions, etc) - advantage.
• Experience developing in modern Agile methodologies (Scrum, CI / CD, TDD, BDD).
• Highly organized, excellent quality & timely deliveries discipline.
• Self-motivated, adaptable to change, and a dedicated team player.
