Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and driven Junior Affiliate Manager and Media Buyer to support the growth of our affiliate and media buying initiatives. This position is for on-site work only, and the ideal candidate will assist in managing affiliate partnerships, optimizing campaigns, and supporting the media buying team to align with the company’s goals. The Junior Affiliate Manager will gain hands-on experience in both affiliate management and media buying, with the opportunity to develop into a senior role.

Your Duties:

• Support Affiliate Growth: Assist in developing and executing strategies to grow the affiliate program by driving traffic and increasing conversions.

• Affiliate Recruitment & Onboarding: Support the recruitment of high-performing affiliates, ensuring they align with the brand’s objectives.

• Affiliate and Media Campaign Performance: Help optimize the performance of affiliate marketing campaigns and media buying efforts to ensure high ROI and improved conversions.

• Reporting & Analytics: Provide regular performance reports on affiliate and media campaigns, using data insights to suggest improvements.

• Campaign Optimization: Assist in managing and optimizing affiliate marketing and media buying campaigns to ensure alignment with company goals and consistent messaging.

• Collaboration & Learning: Work alongside senior affiliate managers and media buyers, learning best practices, contributing to team projects, and supporting team members.

• Innovative Approaches: Contribute fresh ideas and support the implementation of innovative strategies to enhance affiliate marketing and media buying efforts.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in media buying, affiliate marketing, or digital marketing, preferably in the fintech or cryptocurrency sectors.

• Strong interest in cryptocurrency, fintech platforms, and digital marketing.

• Knowledge of affiliate marketing programs, media buying platforms, and basic performance analytics.

• Experience with tracking tools and data analysis techniques is a plus.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with affiliates and partners.

• Analytical mindset, with an eagerness to learn and apply data-driven strategies.

• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• A proactive and results-driven attitude with a passion for learning and growing within the industry.
