🚀Team Leader Developer - Financial Institution in the Shfela Region🚀
Mertens-Malam Team is looking for a Lead Developer to join a leading financial institution in the Shfela region.
We’re seeking an experienced developer with:
- At least 2 years of experience leading development teams.
- 3+ years of hands-on development experience in .Net, JavaScript, and C#.
You’ll work in a cutting-edge technological environment, leveraging APIs, SQL, and React (an advantage) while managing agile processes. This role requires strong leadership skills, team collaboration, and a high delivery capability.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience leading a development team.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with .Net, JavaScript, and C#.
- Familiarity with IIS and Microsoft servers.
- Experience developing REST/SOAP APIs.
- Proficiency in SQL/Stored Procedures, including DB2.
- Experience with agile methodologies.
