Community Manager

We are looking for a Community Manager to join our exclusive team and become an integral part of the dynamic and high-energy environment within Israel's high-tech ecosystem.

This leadership role includes diverse responsibilities, working closely with upper management to achieve company goals. As a Community Manager, you will focus on creating a pleasant and productive working environment, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention, and building a thriving community. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask, manage client relationships effectively, achieve occupancy goals, and represent the company's brand in the marketplace. You will play a key role in ensuring that the location runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with POINT members and be the focal point for all their needs.
• Create meaningful relationships with and among POINT members.
• Create and organize community events.
• Take an active role in growing and nurturing the POINT community.
• Maintain ongoing communication with maintenance teams to ensure that processes are running smoothly.
• Identify members’ needs or challenges and forecast future expansion.

Required Skills

• Education: BA/BSc in a relevant field.
• Experience: Background in Customer Service or Hospitality.
• Language: Fluent in Hebrew and English with strong verbal communication skills.
• Networking: Exceptional networking and interpersonal skills.
• Teamwork: Excellent collaboration and team-working abilities.
• Advantage: In-depth knowledge of co-working products.
