We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic and growing team. You will play a key role in developing and enhancing our flagship product, which leverages cutting-edge AI technologies to revolutionize behavioral health care. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about both front-end and back-end development, and who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Who are you?

You are a skilled Full Stack Developer with a deep understanding of modern web technologies. You have extensive experience with React on the front end, and either Django or Node.js on the back end. You’ve led large-scale projects from inception to deployment and are comfortable working across the entire tech stack. Your ability to bridge front-end and back-end development enables you to create seamless, user-centric applications that meet the highest standards of performance and reliability.

How will you contribute?

• Lead the development of new features and enhancements across the full stack, from front-end to back-end.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable and maintainable applications.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and ensure that our technology stack meets current and future needs.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the team.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and integrate new technologies into our projects as appropriate.
  
  

• Strong proficiency in React and either Django (Python) or Node.js (JavaScript) for back-end development.
• 5+ years of proven experience leading and delivering large-scale projects with complex requirements.
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, databases (SQL and NoSQL), and cloud services.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about architecture, performance, and scalability.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
