Role Description

Responsible for the operation, implementation, and integration of core organizational systems (CRM, Billing, BI, and the company website), with a focus on managing application issues in business processes and supporting cross-system integrations.

Qualifications

• Relevant academic degree – a significant advantage for graduates in Information Systems.
• Previous experience in implementing information systems – preference for experience with CRM systems.
• Proven experience in designing and driving business processes, including a deep understanding of cross-organizational workflows.
• Ability to learn independently and tackle technical challenges.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills for complex issues.
• Teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment.
