Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented FP&A professional to join our dynamic finance team. You’ll be a key partner in shaping the company's financial strategy and driving data-driven decision-making. By connecting financial expertise with operational needs, you'll translate complex financial data into actionable business insights that support our growth and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive financial decision-making through budget management, forecasting, and actionable analysis while overseeing key financial processes across the company.
• Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning, including cost predictions.
• Lead monthly forecasting cycles, including cash flow projections and variance analysis (Actuals vs. Budget).
• Collaborate with the accounting team on month-end closing processes and reporting.
• Manage global POs and budget requests while working closely with budget owners across the organization.
• Prepare and present financial analysis and insights to managers and stakeholders, including ad-hoc analysis as needed.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, within the tech industry.
• B.A. in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite – advantage).
• Strong verbal & written English skills.
• Highly Motivated and proactive individual.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
• Experience with BI/ AI tools – an advantage.
