Procurement Coordinator

What You’ll Do:

• Managing procurement orders with suppliers in China – from order creation to product shipment.
• Monitoring and tracking the delivery of goods to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
• Collaborating with various teams and departments within the company to ensure smooth operations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to monitor and track processes effectively.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience working with data and reports.
• Bachelor’s degree – an advantage.
• High-level English proficiency (spoken and written).
• A proactive mindset, initiative, and strong motivation to learn and grow.
