Junior Financial Controller

Are you a certified accountant looking to make your mark in the tech industry?

We're seeking a talented Junior Financial Controller to join our dynamic Finance Division in a challenging and impactful role.

What You'll Do:

• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements for a public company under IFRS.
• Conduct financial controls and audits of subsidiary companies.
• Help shape group-wide accounting policies.
• Prepare materials for external auditor reviews.
• Get involved in diverse financial projects including:
• Financial covenants calculations.
• Capital and debt raising (bonds).
• M&A activities and PPA controls.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting -mandatory.
• CPA license -mandatory.
• Excellent English skills (written and verbal).
• Advanced Excel and Office proficiency.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS.
