The role:

Each Talent Acquisition (TA) Project manager handles End2End recruitment processes for Gifthead clients (startups):

You will lead a full recruitment cycle, work with top entrepreneurs, managers and candidates.

You will be in charge of any aspect of the project including: sourcing (strategy and tactic), outreach, intro interviews, process management in conjunction with hiring managers, and problem-solving along the way until HIRE, Hooray!

What we're looking for:

• Solid Experience: Bring at least 3 years in project/client/operations management, or 2+ years in recruitment / HR.
• Academic Degree: We value education, so a university degree is a prerequisite.
• Knowledge in Office and project management systems like MONDAY, SLACK, Teams, Zendesk, ect. Fluent in both spoken and written English
• Data Analysis Skills
• Experience in technology companies is a big plus, and if you've worked in startups, even better!
