Online Campaign Manager

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Digital Campaign Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will take full ownership of key accounts, driving exceptional campaign performance to exceed company goals. Using data insights, you will identify growth opportunities, optimize campaigns, and implement best practices to maximize ROI. Collaborating directly with the Digital Team Lead, you will play a critical role in shaping media strategies and ensuring success for strategic accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Strategic Accounts: Oversee the company’s top accounts across multiple advertising platforms.
• Goal Setting & Collaboration: Partner with the Digital Team Lead to establish and achieve CPA and acquisition volume targets.
• Performance Analysis: Evaluate campaign performance, identify opportunities, and implement strategic changes to surpass KPIs.
• A/B Testing: Conduct ongoing testing across creative elements, landing pages, and other campaign parameters.
• Collaboration: Work with the content and design teams to improve the marketing funnel and unlock growth opportunities.

Requirements:

• Experience: At least 2 years of experience managing global B2B campaigns.
• Platform Expertise: Proficiency with Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.
• SEO Skills: Strong advantage.
• CRM Knowledge: Experience with HubSpot and Salesforce is a strong advantage.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to produce and interpret daily data reports.
• Language Proficiency: Excellent English is mandatory (additional languages are a plus).
• Industry Knowledge: Passion for staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
