Head of Project Management

Position Overview:

floLIVE is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic leader to head our Project Management Organization (PMO). In this critical role, you will oversee a team of project managers responsible for all customer-facing projects worldwide- across APAC, EMEA, Israel, and the USA, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with company objectives. This position requires excellent leadership skills, a strong background in project management within a customer-focused environment, and the ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams and senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead and mentor global project managers, fostering accountability and continuous improvement
• Drive consistent delivery standards and team excellence

Project Management

• Manage core and integration projects from planning to delivery
• Oversee technical aspects and stakeholder coordination

Project Oversight

• Ensure timely project delivery within scope and quality standards
• Identify and mitigate risks to maintain customer satisfaction

Strategic Operations

• Collaborate with R&D, Operations, and Deployment teams
• Develop PMO processes and tools to enhance efficiency
• Align PMO objectives with company vision

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing a team of project managers in a customer-focused environment in the telecommunications sector.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Proven knowledge in managing projects in the telecommunications domain, including core network implementation and billing implementation.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Exceptional organizational and leadership skills with a results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with internal teams and customers.
