Quality Assurance Team Lead

We are looking to hire a QA Team Lead for a successful and stable healthcare organization located in central Israel.

Responsibilities:

-Lead and manage a QA testing team, ensuring high-quality testing processes for complex projects

-Oversee and conduct QA testing for both Client and Server systems.

-Perform QA testing for integrative systems with multiple data sources and interfaces (APIs)

-Supervise and mentor team members, fostering growth and collaboration

-Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective testing workflows

-Utilize Azure DevOps to track and manage testing tasks and processes

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience as a QA Team Lead
• 2 years of experience with QA testing for Client and Server systems
• Experience with testing integrative systems involving large data sets and APIs
• Track record of managing QA teams in complex projects
• Experience with Azure DevOps
