Production Manager

TFactor is a global leading company in the customized merchandise industry. We create and supply high-quality branded merchandise to fit the company’s culture. Our expertise is in designing and manufacturing custom-made apparel that expresses our client's message, mission, and values.

We are looking for:

A self-motivated and experienced Production Manager to join our growing team. The role requires at least 3 years of management experience in apparel and accessories production, particularly in the Far East.

This dynamic role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and negotiation skills. We are looking for someone who thrives under pressure, is socially adept, has a positive attitude, and is willing to evolve and grow with the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with factories and suppliers worldwide to ensure clear and efficient communication.
• Lead cost negotiations to achieve the best terms without compromising on quality.
• Place and track orders, ensuring all details are accurate and deadlines are met.
• Oversee the entire production lifecycle, from initial design to delivery.
• Manage payment schedules and ensure timely transactions.
• Ensure the production process stays on schedule and addresses any delays proactively.
• Collaborate with QC companies to uphold quality standards and manage inspections.

Required Skills:

• At least 3 years of management experience in apparel and accessories production, especially in the Far East.
• Proven negotiation and networking skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
• Experience in the fashion industry is a strong advantage.
• Fluency in Chinese is a significant advantage.
